Once Link walks on water, he'll have to take a right toward the source of the rolling boulders. Beneath the Gold Skulltula is hallway that can be accessed by selecting the Iron Boots. This passageway will lead Link to the Boss Key, and as an extra bonus there are two jars holding fairies in the room.
