Past the locked door is a room crawling with Blue Tektites and whirlpools. Link must make it to the door on the opposite side, either by stomping through the water with his Iron Boots or by swimming past the whirlpools. Whichever way you choose, use your arrows to destroy the Tektites before attempting the passage.
