This room holds a huge Parasitic Tentacle. It has a weak spot near its base, which Link can hit with the Boomerang. Destroying Parasitic Tentacles removes the electric slimy things which block Link's path. After destroying the red Parasitic Tentacle, Link will be able to move on and destroy the other tentacles in the area.
